WHY SPONSOR TINYCON?
TinyCon is an opportunity for sponsors to get their brands in front of an educated, tech-savvy audience with years of training in game and software development.ย Many of Society of Play's membership have "graduated" from aspiring developers to full time professionals: in the last year alone, members from our community have been hired as engineers and designers at studios like Gearbox, Blizzard, and Aggro Crab.ย
Our Mega-Patron Tier is designed for our community to help us fund this event and ones in the future, while attending the event and getting cool merch!

Exhibitor Info

Applications close November 30th. Results come out in December.
Setup: 10:30am-12pm
Event Hours: 12-5pm
Teardown: 5pm-6pm
Pack light! Power will be provided, but bring at least one extension cord and/or power strip.
- 6ft table, depending on what you signed up for
- a power outlet

Volunteer Info
Perks:
- Free merch bundle
- Free attendance to the rest of the event
- Special badge
Requirements:
- Be responsive to pre-show communication
- Be available during the whole time block you are assigned and complete your specified Crew tasks, including a specified time beforehand for any training/info
- Wear a mask at the event (will be provided)
That's pretty much it!
Minimum hours: ~2.5
Will be more hours 1) only if you would be willing to volunteer longer, and 2) if we don't have enough people to fill all time slots.
Roles:
Registration Crew: At least 2 people at all times, on a ~2 hour rotation. First shift will start a bit before Event Hours at 11:30am, final shift will end at 5pm. Will hand out masks and handle badge registration (door sales and prereg check-in).
Runner Crew: 1-2 people on call throughout Event Hours (12pm to 5pm) to run water/snacks/other tasks for Exhibitors and Check-in Crew
Setup & Teardown Crew: 3+ people each during the Setup (10:30 am to 12pm) and Teardown (5-6pm) times. Teardown Stage 1 to help the event teardown, and Teardown stage 2 will be to help any Exhibitors that need it
Public Volunteer Signups not yet open! Ourย Tiny Con newsletter will have info when we open up applications for the next Tiny Con Volunteer Squad.
COVID Policy
We will be open to the public, and for the safety of everyone, especially the vulnerable members of our community, we will be encouraging masks best we can. We are looking to install air filters and Far UV-C lights for the duration of the event for further protection.
We will be providing masks for all attendees if you forgot one, but you are encouraged to bring your own. N95 recommended.
